Welcome to the big bungalow project! Our new old bungalow.

It is currently a two bed, one bath, kitchen diner and living room with a temporary office space. We have changed the layout around several times to make it more functional for us in the short term, and around the renovation work we have started. A side extension and new dormer will substantially increase the living space. The new floor plan will be an open plan kitchen/diner/living space with an adjoining utility room and an office accessible from the end of the living space. Double Crittal style doors will open onto the garden. there will be a separate living room and WC. The master bedroom will be positioned downstairs, also with Crittal style doors accessing the garden, ensuite bathroom and closet area. We will then be installing stairs and adding two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
